  • While I would love for you to attend the live workshop, you absolutely do not have to attend live to access the course content. If you sign up for the course, the recording of the workshop and the associated digital workbook will be sent directly to your email so that you can delve into the material at your own pace and convenience.

  • Short answer, YES! Take advantage of the discounts available through the end of the month of July. The workshop is $5 off through 7/21/24 and you can also use code EARLYBIRD at checkout to get an additional $5 off through 7/31/24. The sooner you sign up, the more you save. If you aren't able to attend the live workshop, you will still get access to the recording and digital workbook.

  • This class is geared towards beginners and first time meditators. We will go over all the basics and you will walk out with a practice that feels personal and sustainable.

  • This workshop is designed to help you design an unguided meditation practice. We breakdown each part of the practice and give you options to help tailor the practice to your unique needs. Can't sit still for more than 3 minutes? We have a solution for that! Does your mind feel like a wild stallion bucking to and fro when you try to meditate? We will address that too. This workshop aims to provide sustainable solutions to the most common roadblocks individuals encounter when they meditate. Plus, you will save time and energy by not having to scroll through meditation apps to find a recording and risk it not meeting your expectations/needs
